Attention of international students

At present time international students from Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Greece, Egypt, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Seychelles, Serbia, Singapore, Tanzania, Turkey, Finland, Switzerland, Ethiopia, South Korea, South Ossetia, Japan,   Germany, Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka,  Venezuela,  Mexico, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Iceland,  Malta, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Morocco are allowed to enter Russia.

International students must notify the university via e-mail at least 10 days prior to the date of arrival to the Russian Federation. After that a student will receive information about the entry by e-mail.

No earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival to Russia, a student must take a COVID-19 test using the PCR method and if the result is negative receive a corresponding document in Russian or English in.

Within 72 hours after entering the territory of the Russian Federation, international students must take a second PCR test. Before receiving the test results, they must adhere to the self-isolation regime at the place of residence. During the period of isolation, education takes place online. International students are not allowed to study in full-time without a second test.

If during the period of self-isolation an international student has any symptoms of an acute respiratory illness (fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough), the student must immediately inform the university and call a doctor.
